Privacy policy

VOSIQ International School and Kindergarten (“the school”) processes the personal data of visitors to vosiq.uz in accordance with the personal data legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

What data we collect

The site carries a call-back form. When you fill it in, we store:

• your name and phone number — both required;
• your email address, your message and your child’s age — if you choose to give them;
• the division you selected (school or kindergarten) and the campus;
• the address of the page the form was sent from, any campaign tags (UTM) and the referring source;
• the IP address the request came from and your browser’s user-agent string.

The site has no registration and no personal account. We do not collect payment details, passport data or special categories of personal data through this website.

Why we need it

• to answer your enquiry and to contact you about admission;
• to route the enquiry to the right campus;
• to prevent automated and fraudulent submissions (the IP address and user-agent are kept for this);
• to understand which pages enquiries come from and to improve the site.

Legal basis

Data is processed on the basis of the consent you give by ticking the box before submitting the form. You may withdraw that consent at any time by writing to pr@vosiq.uz.

Who sees it

Enquiries are stored in the school’s internal system and are available to the staff who handle admissions. A notification about a new enquiry is delivered to the school’s internal Telegram chat. We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for advertising.

How long we keep it

Until the enquiry has been dealt with and the admission process is complete. After that the data is archived or deleted. If you would like us to delete your data, write to us.

Cookies

The public part of the site needs no cookies to work. A session cookie is set only when a member of school staff signs in to the admin panel. If web-analytics services are enabled on the site, they may set their own cookies; we do not use them to identify you personally.

Your rights

• ask what data we hold about you;
• ask us to correct data that is inaccurate;
• ask us to delete your data or to stop processing it.
