In the last days before the summer break, we have had many activities at VOSIQ International School, and we continue to share them with you. One of the activities was a creative exhibition of drawings by students in grades 1 and 2. 🖌 This exhibition was done under the transdisciplinary theme “How we express ourselves” taught under the IB PYP – International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme. 🖼

📚 For weeks, students explored the concept of expressing feelings and thoughts through the visual arts. They researched and got additional information from the teacher and discussed their ideas with their classmates – all in English. 🇬🇧 

👩🏻‍🎨🧑🏼‍🎨 Having finished studying this concept, the children got equipped with unique artistic ideas that they decided to show to us all. The works on display demonstrate how art helps us express ourselves and convey our moods through drawing.
